McBay products – Limited warranty agreement
We guarantee the respective products indicated in the table below are free from factory defects in material and workmanship for the period as quoted below from the date of purchase. That is with the condition that the product is used within the limits set forth in the product user's guide or under normal usage. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse or improper care nor does it cover any cosmetic damages or any defect caused due to normal “wear and tear” of the product. We reserve the right to revise or update its product specifications, software, or documentation without obligation to notify any individual or entity. If the product fails under normal usage, please contact our customer support department at www.mcbayinc.com/support/ to obtain instructions on how to return the defective product to us for evaluation. Please ensure that you have the proof of purchase on hand as return requests cannot be processed without proof of purchase. In no event shall our liability exceed the price paid for the product from direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product, its accompanying software, or its documentation. If after inspection, we found the product to be defective and satisfied the warranty coverage conditions, we will at no cost repair or replace the defective product with the same or comparable product on a “best-effort” basis. This warranty only covers product purchased from our authorised resellers and in Singapore only.
